JJAI is run by an individual in Lane Cove, NSW. This page says plainly what happens to anything you give us.

What we collect

If you press "I'm interested" we ask for your name, mobile, email and when you'd like to start, plus the answers you gave to the seven questions so the gym knows what you're after. If you only use the match, your answers stay in your browser; we only count, without knowing who you are, which gym was suggested (see Counting visits).

What we do with it

We contact you once to arrange a visit. With your consent we pass your name, contact details and answers to the one gym you chose, and only that gym, and we tell you on the form that the gym may pay us for the introduction. During our launch period gyms receive these introductions free of charge. Later, gyms may pay us a fixed fee per introduction. Paying never changes how a gym is ranked or described. We treat ourselves as covered by the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles regardless of our size, and we keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to, when, and which gym it named.

What we never do

We never sell your details and never share them with any gym you did not choose. We only send you JJAI updates if you tick the optional second box, and every message has an unsubscribe.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) and copied to a private spreadsheet. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold: hello@jjai.com.au.

Counting visits

We count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy friendly analytics service. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It records the page, the site that sent you, your browser type, screen size and country, and simple events such as which gym was suggested. It never receives your name, contact details or answers. Your IP address is used only to work out your country and is not stored.

About the gym information

Prices, timetables and terms are collected from gyms' public pages, public reviews and our own visits, and are dated on each page. Opinions are marked as ours. If you run a gym and something is wrong, email us and we'll fix it.
