Who it's for
Good fit: A woman who wants a coached, low impact, sweaty 50 minutes on her own reformer in a small room that reviewers call clean and good smelling, mornings before work or 4:30 to 6:30pm, at $46 a week for twice a week or about $45 a week on a no contract pack, and who is happy for the trainer to know her name and does not mind high energy music or a friendly regulars crowd. Postnatal mums (Mums and Bubs Tue 10:30am)
Not for: Anyone who wants to walk in and train alone unbothered at any hour (class only, no open floor, the coach will talk to you, regulars chat), anyone who wants quiet (music is high energy and part of the pitch), Friday afternoon or weekend afternoon trainers (no classes), first timers who cannot make the single Basics class (Wed 6:30pm; Signature is not a first timer class per a ClassPass review), people who need a shower on site, anyone who cannot commit to 8 weeks, use credits inside 14 days or may need to pause (a pause costs $30 plus GST a week), under 16s, pregnant past 13 weeks or pregnant newcomers outside the Mums and Bubs class
Scores are our opinion after visiting, 1 to 5. Social vibe 1 is quiet and solo, 5 is loud and social.

What it is
50 min trainer led reformer class with high energy music, strength and cardio mixed in, no screens, up to 14 people on their own beds. Five class types: Basics (first timers, Wed 6:30pm only), Signature (open level, most of the timetable), Strength (heavier springs, lower reps), Advanced, Active Recovery, plus Mums and Bubs Tue 10:30am. Class only, no open floor or key access. Fortnightly membership, prepaid packs or ClassPass
Coaching: Hands on and hype. One trainer cues from the front over high energy music, walks the room, corrects form, remembers regulars' names, pre-empts the next move so you can pick springs, and offers easier or harder options for injuries. Reviews call them warm, friendly and motivating, and one says they take the time to have a chat; nobody calls them robotic or hands off. Level comes from the class type, not the coach
Gear: 14 reformer beds, beds replaced around 2022 (per a review), storage cubbies, filtered water, a candle burning in the room. Grip socks may be required, sold in studio
Extras: Mums and Bubs Tue 10:30am with pre and postnatal clients welcome (from 28 Apr 2026, instructor Trin), Basics Wed 6:30pm, Active Recovery Thu 6:30pm and Sun 10:00am, Strength classes added 2026, KX40 challenge, refer a friend credit, brand student offer of 10% off packs. Minimum age 16. No teen or seniors offer found
- Parking
- Yes
- Creche
- No, none; the Tue 10:30am Mums and Bubs class lets you bring the baby into the room instead
- Showers
- No, studio page lists bathroom facilities, filtered water and storage cubbies only; a 2019 review praises hair ties, bobby pins and dry shampoo in the bathroom
