Our take

Not visited by us yet. What follows is from the gym's own pages and public reviews.

Web research only so far. Checked 26 Sep 2026.

Who it's for

Good fit: Someone who already knows a reformer or picks things up fast, wants a sweaty 50 minute strength and cardio pilates class with music, likes choosing a level from Basics to Advanced, is happy on a fortnightly membership at $17 to $24 a class or uses ClassPass, and trains weekday evenings

Not for: Nervous first timers who need hands on help (two reviews say Basics did not deliver that), anyone needing disability adjustments (one review), people who cannot commit to 8 weeks or use credits inside 14 days, anyone who wants a 12 hour class cancel window (9 hours here), under 16s, pregnant past 13 weeks

What it is

50 min trainer led reformer class with music, strength and cardio mixed in, no screens. Five class types: Basics (start here), Signature (open level, most of the timetable), Advanced, Strength (heavier springs, lower reps), Active Recovery. Fortnightly membership, class packs or ClassPass

Coaching: Trainer led from the front, fast paced, cues over music, pushes you. Most reviews say knowledgeable and supportive; a loud minority say robotic, no names used, no help unless you ask. Levels come from the class type, not the coach

Gear: 12 reformer beds, storage cubbies, filtered water. Grip socks may be required, sold in studio

Extras: Free Sunday open studio, Active Recovery class, KX40 brand challenge, birthday and tag team classes. Minimum age 16, pregnancy only to 13 weeks. No mums and bubs, teens, seniors or student offer found
