Who it's for

Good fit: Self directed trainers who want a clean, bright, two level 24/7 floor with plenty of racks in the middle of Mona Vale, people who like a desk crew that knows their name, travellers on the global access, and anyone who trains outside the after school rush (about 3pm to 7pm).

Not for: Anyone who wants coaching included in the price, anyone who hates 12 to 18 month contracts or has had a bad cancellation experience, people sensitive to loud house music and a big ad screen (the most repeated environment complaint, six reviews, all before the 2026 refurb), and after school trainers who dislike groups of teenagers on the benches.

Scores are our opinion after visiting, 1 to 5. Social vibe 1 is quiet and solo, 5 is loud and social.

Contract

12 or 18 month term required for the $6 for 6 weeks offer; no flexible or month to month plan confirmed for this club. After the term it rolls weekly, fortnightly or monthly on the direct debit until cancelled in writing. 7 day cooling off refunds membership fees but not the key fob (subtracker guide, Jul 2026; joining fee refund not stated).

Cancelling

30 days written notice to the home club before the initial term ends, and 30 days once rolling: the membership then ends at the start of the first billing period at least 30 days after notice. Early exit inside the term typically costs 50% of the remaining dues, waived for medical incapacity with a certificate or relocation over 15 km from any Anytime club (ajust and subtracker guides, 2026).

What it is

Solo training 24/7 with key fob or app access on a two level floor, paid one on one PT, a 6 week program, and occasional free group classes with no public timetable. Global access to every Anytime club and Apple Fitness+ included. Refurbished mid 2026: closed for over a month and reopened with new equipment and a recovery zone.

Coaching: Hands off. Nobody coaches the floor; a free consult and an app walkthrough at sign up, then the push is towards paid one on one PT (Jake, praised for form) or the 6 week program. The front desk is very chatty and greets members by name, which is where almost all the praise lives.

Gear: Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, spin bikes, stair climbers, rowers with cardio screens; squat and power racks (an early review counts about six), plate loaded machines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, multi functional rack; functional kit (battle ropes, medicine balls, plyo boxes, BOSU, jump ropes, bands); a recovery zone with massage guns and compression boots since the 2026 refurb; a large LED screen on the floor.

Extras: 6 week program (Instagram bio), free group classes on the brand page with no public timetable, small group training, fitness assessment, recovery zone since the 2026 refurb. No mums and bubs, teens or seniors programs found.
